30 – 40 % of cancers may be prevented through physical activity, eating well and maintaining a healthy weight.  LiveSmart is all about making small, simple changes that add up to a healthy lifestyle.

Stack the odds in your favour by
  • Eating at least two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables a day
  • Eating plenty of wholemeal and wholegrain cereals such as bread and rice
  • Being active for at least 30 minutes a day
  • Maintaining a healthy weight
  • Cutting back or cutting out alcohol
